This lovely couple were married at Ratho Church on the 2nd June by their wonderful family minister Rev. Ian Wells. They had their reception at the beautiful Norton House Hotel. They had an absolutely wonderful day surrounded by friends and family. The weather was perfect and we managed to get all of the photographs outside the church and in Norton’s stunning gardens!
The bride was simply beautiful in her lace and silk gown by Justin Alexander. The Earrings were her grandmother’s as was the locket. The garter was worn by her sister at her wedding, her something borrowed.
The girls hair was done by Charlie Miller, Frederick Street. Makeup was done by Womankind Beauty in Stockbridge.
The bridesmaids wore these stunning vibrant blue dresses by Dessy.
Elaine grew up on a farm in Newbridge and Kevin Paxton Backsmiths – ArtFe create these amazing life-sized sculptures on Elaine’s family farm. They were dotted about on the day at the family’s home and also at Norton House. They were quite a feature for everyone! Flowers created by the Stockbridge Flower Company
The Groom’s kilt was from McCalls in Edinburgh. Groomsmen wore kilts from MacDonalds, West Calder.
The couple donated a meal to a homeless person via Social-Bite as their favours. Their cake was created by 3D Cakes and the chair covers and room decor were created by Ambience Venue Styling.
The couples amazing band were Corra! (We love them!)
